200 Ringette Development
THE FULL ICE. THE FULL ATHLETE.

THE FULL ICE. THE FULL ATHLETE.
This is what it's all about. The early mornings, the long practices, the tough losses, the epic wins. But more than that-it's about the friendships, the team bond, and the memories that last a lifetime. Ringette isn't just a sport. It's where athletes grow, compete, and learn what it means to be part of something bigger than themselves. Every shift, every goal, every laugh in the locker room is a reminder of why we play-for the love of the game, the thrill of the competition, and the unbreakable connections we make along the way.
At 200 Ringette Development, our mission is to empower athletes through training that builds both confidence and skill. Through personalized coaching and cutting-edge techniques, we aim to inspire excellence and elevate the performance of every individual, ensuring they reach their fullest potential both on and off the ice.

As a dedicated ringette coach and future educator, I am passionate about developing young athletes both physically and mentally. With years of experience competing at the highest levels of ringette, including the National Ringette League, I understand the demands of the game and the importance of goalie-specific training and mental preparation.
My background in psychology and education allows me to integrate mental performance strategies into technical training, ensuring goalies and players build confidence, resilience, and game intelligence. Since 2018, I have been committed to helping athletes develop strong habits, sharpen their skills, and perform at their best under pressure.
