Service Description

U14 Framework Enhance Efficiency, Speed & Ringette Decision-Making Goal | Improve skating efficiency and speed while refining ringette skills under pressure. Objective | Develop powerful edges, clean transitions, and controlled speed while improving passing accuracy, deception, angling, shooting in stride, and offensive/defensive awareness. Needs | Bridging technical skating into game-speed ringette application. On-Ice Session Layout (60 Minutes)  Warm-Up / Warm-Up Game (Approx. 5 min) High-tempo skating warm-up incorporating transitions and directional changes. Skating Techniques (Approx. 20 min) Focus on advanced edgework, tight turns, backward crossovers, and acceleration. Ringette Fundamentals (Approx. 20 min) Refine passing under pressure, deception skills, angling, checking lanes, and shooting in stride. Gameplay / Fun / Competition (Approx. 15 min) Competitive small-area games that challenge speed, awareness, and execution.
